Tone-at-the-Top Seminar
The Institute for Global Ethics’ four-hour highly interactive Tone-at-the-Top Seminar establishes processes for administrative leadership to explore the tough ethical dilemmas inherent in running schools, and to consider approaches to building cultures where trust and self-regulation are the norm.
During the seminar, leaders explore and analyze real-life, right-versus-right dilemmas, learn about ways to confront issues that face them every day, and investigate the ways that decision-making affects the culture of the schools they lead.
