Ethical Fitness® Seminars

By ,

Our four-hour or full-day Ethical Fitness Seminar helps provide educators with the tools and confidence required to resolve tough, values-based dilemmas. Hundreds of people connected to schools—including students, teachers, adjunct personnel, and administrators—are using the Institute’s dynamic decision-making model to improve the way they live their lives and do their work.

During the seminar, educators collaborate to discover their shared values and to agree upon what those values should look like in practice. This common ground forms the foundation for developing what we call Ethical Fitness—keeping you in mental and moral shape to recognize and address ethical dilemmas. Educators will leave the workshop better equipped to confront issues that face them every day—and to help their students do the same. This thought process may radically change their future responses to ethical challenges.

Target Audience:

Superintendents, District Staff, Principals, Heads of Schools, Faculty, School Staff, and Students ages 12 and up.
