BDS provides a hands-on, interactive classroom model for teaching ethics in educational public and independent school grade 6-12 classrooms. Each curriculum guides teachers and students through a practical and conceptual process for making ethical decisions and defining shared values.

  • Everybody is faced with ethical issues in their own lives. Children with limited background knowledge in specific class subjects can suddenly participate on an equal footing when the topic is personal ethics

You will find a teacher’s guide, ten lesson plans including readings, overheads, and handouts; numerous examples of ethical dilemmas appropriate to middle-school and high-school settings; assessment tools; and listings of additional resources for learning about the ethical decision making process and character education.
