Phil Hatton is completing his 27^th year in education and his 3^rd year as principal of Orrville High School in Orrville, Ohio. Prior to arriving at Orrville, Phil was the principal at Woodridge High School in Peninsula, Ohio. His administrative experience also includes a stint as assistant principal at Woodridge and athletic director at Revere High School. While at Orrville High School, Mr. Hatton has led the implementation of the Ethical Literacy initiative, creating the Principal’s Leadership Forum to promote an authentic student voice in school and community issues and working with staff members to increase collegiality and opportunities for professional development from within.
